Patient centric approach. Patient satisfaction.
There is another name for all this. It's called spoiling the children. Singapore is full of spoilt brats. I guess it is hardly suprising, considering most are spoilt at home by maids as well!
Can someone please tell this spoilt brat to stop swarming the AEs in public hospital for non-emergency case? There are places called '24hr clinic' by GPs....Don't they know???!!!
The usual response amongst us is " if they can complain means they can wait".
Usually these people who complain want their money back, and the powers that be are too afraid to rebut such CREAM cases.
Unrealistic expectations = lack of trust in their own GPs = longer waiting times.
